We want to dig deeper so we can capture photos of who you actually are and what your relationship is, not just some staged, awkward-feeling photos of you two standing in front of an altar. We like to have fun and we want this experience to be fun from beginning to end. You may say, “We suck at getting our photos taken”, but by the end of your day, you won’t even notice the tattooed couple with cameras and all you’ll be thinking about is how awesome your day has been and how freaking amazing your partner is.

Add on an approximately 5 minute long 8 millimeter film shot on our vintage super 8 throughout your special day and digitized just for you.

Absolutely, yes! We want to celebrate your love too! We take great care to use proper pronouns and make sure that our couples feel seen, respected and valued for who they are. At Wood + Graine, we believe that Love is Love, and it deserves to be seen.

This is what we do full time making our turnaround time a little faster than most. We normally deliver our edited gallery 4-6 weeks after the wedding, but Judd really loves to send surprises along the way.

We sure don’t. Unedited photos are only half of what we do… at least that’s what we believe. Our goal is for you to walk away with a completed gallery of photographs you’ll one day bore your grandkids with.
Seriously though, editing the photos is the second part of what we do best. Let us do what we’re good at and we pinky promise (logo shoutout) you’ll be happy about it. -
We use modern and professional camera equipment for your digital captures. If you choose to have us capture your day on an analog format we bring the old, dusty cameras from yesteryear. Make no mistake, these machines are as reliable as your Dad’s Camaro parked in the garage. It may only get driven every once in a while, but it still makes the neighbor jealous.
But, if you need specifics… we shoot Nikon and Fuji for digital and Leica and Hasselblad for analog. Preferred film stocks are Kodak Gold 200 and Ilford HP5 for black and white… for the Super 8mm we prefer Kodak Ektachrome 100D. -
The deposit is ½ the total cost of your wedding coverage, the remainder is due 2 months before your wedding date.

Yes, we do! We can be as involved as you would like us to be. We’ve worked weddings with type A wedding planners and a tight schedule, couple planned elopements, and everything in between. We have a preferred vendor list we’re happy to share with you if you’re early on in the process, or if you want help finesse the timetable of your day, we’re always happy to help.

Definitely! Tell us your vision and we will craft a bespoke package that reflects your perfect day. We can easily add on film photography, super 8 video, we can even bring the champagne and pizza.
